I Passed the Civil Service Exam

I cannot believed it. I actually passed the Civil Service exam last May 22, 2011. I never really expected this because I never had any formal review. Thank God! As you can see on the screen grab above, I am on sequence no. 106 and my examinee number is 203545. After two months, my certificate of eligibility will be released. I am so excited to apply in government agencies. As of now, I am still waiting for opportunities. Nevertheless, I am happy, glad, honored and I feel successful. Good luck to me in my next journey!

I got a Google star

My post for Bench I rock Body spray got a star in Google search. According to Google Help, having a star means that your post or blog has been more on personal by searchers. When a user clicks on the star Google will know that particular likes the result and will rank it higher for that particular user. You can use the star to bookmark specific results.

I also got the rank 1 search result for keyword "Bench Spray" and "Bench I Rock". I hope Bench give me credits. Waaah!

Each of us have many dreams. But dreams are just imaginary. I always thought that I am a skilled and talented individual. But the truth is... I wasn't. It is then I realized when for over many instances in my life where I dreamt of acceptance, all of them were rejections. Yes.. I was rejected. Each of them. Rejected! Rejected! Rejected! I keep on asking myself. What's with me? Am I not likeable enough to be accepted? or Am I just too full of myself?

Then, I realized that not all you wanted and needed will be yours. You have to be patient and persever in facing the realities of life. Right now, I am doing all my best that was left of me. I know that someday I will become successful in life.

Civil Service Exam Experience

I just finished my Civil Service Exam this morning. It was quite an experience to share. I woke up 4:35 in the morning feeling sleepy still. I took a bath and selected my best shirt. Then, off I go. I went first in McDonalds Ilustre to take a breakfast, order Big Breakfast McDo (Php. 95.00..). Then, I arrived at UM Matina Campus @ 6:01 am. The gate was still closed at that time (I dont know why. Maybe they are hiding something.). My room number is 38 and its in the farthest building in UM Matina. The DPT building. Gosh. It took me 10 minutes walking from the gate towards the building. (Gggggrrrrr....).

I found my room and entered. A few examinees are already there but the examiner and the proctor are still doing some preparation so we waited for a few minutes for them to finish. The exam strated @ exactly 8:10 am 'cause there still some preliminaries to finish for each examinees (hmmmm pretty boring..).

I started answering in the Math part 'cause for me it is the most easy section. Then, I continued in some other parts. I have difficulty in answering some reading comprehension and analogy questions.

I finished 15 minutes ahead of time. Some of my answers are "bintot-bintot". I just hope that I will pass the exam. I still need to wait 45 days.
